At the Scottish Power Platform User Group I’ll be introducing 2 of the amazing customers I’ve been working with to help them on their Power Platform Journey to the Power Platform Community :)
SSE Renewables will tell their story of the last 5 years of their Power Platform and how from the perspective of an empowered business unit outside of the core Center of Excellence in central IT, they’ve solved problems, built capability, and are transforming their business.
Virgin Money have been setting up a Centre of Excellence to create a safe and secure foundation on which to build value. In parallel they’ve automated processes, produced externally and internally facing chatbots, and built a community of Power Rangers across their organisation and tested them with a Hackathon!
These are two amazing stories from the customer perspective to learn how they’ve both achieved success both on their own, and with support from partners and Microsoft.
UPDATE - THE EVENT!
I had a lovely time visiting the Scottish Power Platform User Group (SPPUG) in Edinburgh! A variety of sessions and an engaged and interactive audience with great questions.
I was largely the front man for the session to help support Ruaridh Wallace (Virgin Money) and Conaill Soroghan (SSE Renewables) tell the stories of their Power Platform adoption and the transformations that they’d initiated.
Here is a link to our slides and a few photos from the event! :)
