Coming up on Thursday 12th there is an Experts Live UK event that I’m speaking at about ‘Building a Centre for Enablement for your Copilot Studio’ - come along! :)
***Update*** : This was a really nice event! Lewis Baybutt and I helped some folks build their first Copilots in a mini-workshop and followed this up with a couple of sessions on enabling Copilots and keeping data safe.
I shared some of my thinking around how we can break down the components of AI solutions to be able to understand the different components and considerations and risks, and then use that to build a modelled approach to operationalise it in an organisation! It was really nice to share my thinking and ideas and get some broader feedback!
There were about 30+ of us a the event and I was really pleased with the level of discussion, the number of questions, and how people shared ideas and experiences to help us all understand more about how we enable Copilot Studio from a platform, process, and people perspective.
I had a number of really lovely conversations with people over the evening, in the workshop, after my session, and over pizza! Some of the Copilot related, some governance and enablement related, and some career related. I had a fab chat with some great guys about moving into consulting from a business role, what it’s been like, what sort of work and projects I get involved in etc.
What was also REALLY fun was getting to see how my friend Al Eardley from Microsoft Innovation had recreated one of the pictures from my blog post (after asking me, of course :)) and uses it to great effect in discussions with customers to explain how change can work when it’s ‘opt in’ change.
